Who we are
Revere is a project of Shyguy LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as Meex ("we"). Contact: hello@meex.work.
What Revere is
Revere is a published standard, open-source software (MIT licensed) and smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. This website shows information read from those blockchains. We don't hold your funds or your slabs, don't execute trades for you, don't set prices and don't charge a fee. Transactions are made by you, from your own wallet, directly with the contracts.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you sign — including checking the addresses, token and amounts it contains.
- You must be legally allowed to use these services where you live, and must not be a sanctioned person or acting for one.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your transactions.
- You have read the risk page. The escrow is unaudited.
No warranty
The website, software and contracts are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise they are error-free, available, or fit for any purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Revere is limited to US$100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from transactions you sign, smart contract behaviour, blockchains, Circle, custodians, or third-party services.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Ada County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Deployed contracts don't change — a new version is a new contract.
